Talking meme + positives, again

Who would you rather be; the companion or the Doctor?
Definitely the companion. The Doctor is amazing, but he has a history and carries burdens I would not wish on anyone—and tbh, I could not actually imagine anyone standing in that position… He is so entirely alien. His mind works on a plane close to humans', but inherently different. So yeah, companion it is. Tbh, I am not quite sure I would be material for that either—I tend to be wrapped in my own mind rather than adventure-oriented—but I would love to see wonders, stars and different worlds and cultures, so I guess I could never resist, not for one second. In the adventures it might get tougher but idk, I could surprise myself. I don't feel like I'm a very brave person, but that is mostly not brave whenever conflict is concerned—and I'm very protective of my loved ones, plus people tell me I get mighty fierce. ;)
Positives for the last couple of days:
1- Still writing, albeit a LOT slower. I did 1,2K today, which was a hell of a lot better than yesterday’s 250 words XD But yesterday I also did research a bit about what is known of comatose patients’ perceptions of the outside world for one of my characters, so I guess the day was not entirely wasted? Also tried to plan a bit more ahead, but that’s still lol.
2- Two days ago I eventually managed to do something a bit decent for Mandy’s request icons :) The putting-characters-from-completely-different-caps-together had seemed harder this time in a way that looked natural, idk why. But I managed something that looked better, so hopefully that could give her a smile. ♥
3- Wrote an email to my German penpal—and Iʼm still sticking to the habit of German and Italian articles everyday.
4- The beautiful, cold night outside. :)
