Well, Martha chose to go. And she did see the Doctor again, being independent and still able to have adventures with him… In that way, she's the only one it still makes sense for to return! She deserves the hell of an apology for his behaviour during their time together... But yes, her return would have made much more sense.
Donna's departure was tragic, but that's another tragedy that just shouldn't be broken… Tragic, but to me me in an infuriating-how-could-that-be-okay way... I for one really would have no problem with her end being rewritten.
And Jenna-Louise, though she's had less time to prove herself. Can't believe I didn't mention her *facepalm*. That's what you get for having a long name... Four syllables is a crowd. Of course, she will be brilliant. As far as I'm concerned she already has proven herself.
