It's not that I do not like their edginess or the peculiarity of their bond. I find the way it is told disturbing, because it is not acknowledged as such. Apparently, the writers think Eleven treating Clara like a thing is perfectly normal. Good point. And for ages we were wondering whether she WAS a thing, but turns out that she wasn't… ;)
