Icons #6—a batch of 40

Hello there, guys! Well, here I am again. New batch! Twenty-seven from s5 and the corresponding special, seven from s6, two from s7, two cast icons (Hartnell and Carole Ann Ford vs. Jenna-Louise Coleman and… well, a bit of Matt Smith's hand :D) and two Bellatrix Lestrange icons. There was a LOT of texture use in this one, as that has been my new toy of love. A majority of those were taken from [livejournal.com profile] soaked, who does STELLAR stuff—I'm a fan. Besides, you can find my updated resources post here.

Yes, it is ;) But with the already low lighting, it just ate everything! Why can't she be nice and golden like I don't know, River? :D

You're welcome, it was fun giving you the explanation, always nice to ramble on about stuff I'm passionate about to someone who's interested =) And yes! Those only have one texture, I put it and was like "whoa, I'm so keeping that". Others have a combination of textures…

Satisfying and frustrating are both right—it's an airpunch when I finally get something I like, but others I just eventually leave at "decent", but never really love—that's the case for #10. I just never did manage to make it striking.

The reporting skills training lady said something very accurate today about things being only done when they're done that reminded me of you, but I'm tired and I can't really remember :P (Now that's a clear sentence... *coughs*)

Ah well, not everything can turn out a masterpiece, can they? Makes you only appreciate the best ones more, I think :)

Fair question ;)

That training lady isn't all that good (or bright lol) but like once every three hour class she says something extremely accurate and thought provoking in a sort of off-hand way LOL it's fascinating :P

Can't rest, first I've got News to tell! *drags eyes off Bex Mader and goes to write email*

I am! It suddenly became overwhelmingly chatty because a newbie, there are tons of super long posts debating all kinds of things about the HP universe now, it's lovely.
